At Mirae, we keep it simple — soft fashion, delivered with care. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and shipped across Europe and Oceania. We currently do not ship to the United States.

Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day return policy — if something’s not quite right, you have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn, in original condition and packaging, with tags attached.
To start a return, email us at info@bymirae.com. Once approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions.
We don’t accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or certain non-returnable goods (like personal care, custom items, or hazardous materials). For EU customers, you’re also entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval. If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us.
